5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳32,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games designated by 7u7com.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If an account is closed, any bonuses will be cancelled.
• The validity period of promotional offers will be stated in the details of each offer.
• 7u7com reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

• Coordinating bets with other users (Collusion).

Account Suspension and Closure

7u7com may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If false information is proven during KYC verification.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, all active bonus wagering must be completed or the bonus must be cancelled. Any remaining real money balance will be returned where applicable.
